ARRIVAL

Please aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean, make-up-free eyes and lashes. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. Should your service is shortened or cancelled due to your late arrival, you will still be charged for the full cost of the service.

MASKS

Masks must be worn upon arrival to your appointment and must be kept on throughout your entire appointment. 

LATENESS

 

All clients arriving 10 minutes or more late for the scheduled service will be subject to a $20 late service fee. Clients arriving15 minutes late or more for their scheduled eyelash appointments or 10 minutes or more late for their scheduled brow appointments will forfeit their appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee. Please allocate the necessary time for travel, parking, traffic, weather, and locating the suite prior to the start of your appointment.  Appointments will not be extended due to client tardiness.

In order to reserve your desired service slot, a valid credit card on file is required at the time of reservation.  A $40 non-refundable reservation deposit is required for ALL eyelash fullset services. The card on file will otherwise not be charged unless in the case of a cancellation or rescheduled/no-show reservation outside of our salon policy.

 

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a reserved appointment without penalty. Additionally, there is a limit of 1 change of appointment per month. Clients who reschedule their reserved appointments more than twice within 6 months will forfeit their appointment and be required to contact the salon directly to submit a 50% deposit for rebooking. 

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

 

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your reservation for a later date. For your safety and that of the staff & other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed that you are sick, your appointment may be cut short, cancelled, and/or rescheduled for when you are healthy again.

 

CANCELLATION

 

As a courtesy, reservation reminders will be sent out 48 hrs prior, either by email, text, or both. If a reservation is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hrs of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule, cancel, or no show your reservation within 4 hrs of your scheduled reservation time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. 

NO SHOW

 

Clients who fail to attend or cancel within 4 hrs of their scheduled appointment time will be considered a NO SHOW. The card on file will be charged 100% of the service booked. Opportunities for any future bookings will be restricted.

 

OTHER ARTIST’S WORK

Unfortunately, we will not work over other artist’s work.  Please understand that every artist is different and may use different products and application techniques that we may not use or do. We will be happy to perform a discounted removal and apply a new set to start fresh.

EXTRA GUESTS

We kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests with you to your appointment. Unfortunately due to the design of the studio space extra guests are a  liability to the salon.  The salon studio is designed to accommodate only the scheduled client. Therefore the only person(s) permitted in the salon at the time of the service, are the artist and the client. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.  

 

AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS

Certain circumstances & seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last-minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After-hours appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75.00  fee. Please contact us directly to schedule a possible 'After Hour Appointment.'

 

REFUND + SERVICE GUARANTEE

You are paying for artist time, product & other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. In the event that you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hrs of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 45 min express touch-up, if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hrs of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

POLICY

ENROLLMENT

All enrollment registrations are subject to a non-refundable deposit of $500. The remaining balance of the course will be sent by invoice once the enrollment deposit is received. The remaining balance will be due, one week prior to the start of the class. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another course without notice. Balance payments are non-refundable past the due date.
